I have been getting into the bitcoin frenzy finally and started looking into ways in which I can start out. I'm not the usual n00b since I have everything up and working. Only thing that I am having problems with are the performance issues. I have my Catalyst drivers installed and running and the Radeon is working like it should but at a lower speed than I expected from what I have read about others using this same card series.

I was honestly really hyped for the HD5770, hoping it would perform in a median between the 4870 and the 4890, but alas, I am disappointed. I probably will end up with the 5770 because I want an upgrade for COD6/Assassins Creed 2 and I need something with low idle power, and the power of the HD4870 (the 4870 was my first choice), but I can say, I am not impressed by its performance. I may just go with it for the sake of having DX11 in the future (I don't upgrade often).

Any ideas would be appricated. Thank you it wasent a bad buy on sale for 80 new. I dont exactly know what the xfx in front means but hey. Im getting old cant follow all the new stuff. I stopped caring when sli came out and made me break my computer lol. I just have to find the page that helps me get rid of the old ati stuff and pulications or permissions or what not so i can run the CCC.
