그래서 로그아웃하고 다시 로그인해서 해외용으로 깔려고 하니까 비밀번호 틀렸다고 로그인안되고 비번 리셋시킬려고 들어가면 전에 쓰던 번호넣어서 ars로 인증받으라고 하고 그 전번호는 유심써서 등록됬던 기록도 없는데 그걸로 무슨 ars를 받고 인증을 하냐고! 이메일을 먼저 넣어도 ars 전에 쓰던번호를 넣어도 ars 그럴거면 전화번호는 왜 넣고 이메일주소는 왜 넣으라고해서 verification code를 받으라고 하냐고. 고객센터는 본인을 인증하라고 하는데 이렇게 까지해서 기록을 찾으려고하는 성의는 안보이나? 고객센터 해외용으로 전화를 걸고 싶어도 전화도 못하고 보니까 한국에서도 카카오톡 고객센터 전화번호를 오죽 못찾으면 사람들이 블로그에 올려둘까. 그렇게 업데이트를 해대면 뭐하냐고 제일 기본적인게 안되는데.
