I have re-calibrated the color on the printer 3-5 times, and cleaned it. Unfortunately, I cannot attempt to reinstall previous firmware because I cannot get the printer to return to a 'ready' status. I received several suggestions that the formatter board has gone bad. I just ordered a refurbished board ($49; new is almost $300!!!) and am waiting to receive it. I will provide an update once I replace the board.
